Paradise Island Getaways is a local agency in Koh Samui, run by George, Matt and Tammy. They rent and sell luxury villas, and they look after the concierge service on the island. Their Wix site cost more than it was worth. For each villa, everything had to be entered by hand. Every photo also had to be downloaded, then uploaded one by one. The number of villas was capped at 50. They now have a site of their own. Rentals, sales, the map, enquiries and stats all live in one admin. To publish a villa, they paste a link from Airbnb, Sunshine Samui Villas, Lazudi or MO Real Estate, check it, edit if needed, and save. The title, the text, the price, the amenities, the location and all the photos come through automatically. In short, they now save a great deal of time — time they can put into finding new clients, or into marketing. Since the site went live, their SEO has doubled.
