Paradise Estates is a local agency in Koh Samui, run by Elena. They sell, rent and manage villas, and they also handle construction. They now have a site of their own. Rentals, sales, the map, enquiries and stats all live in one admin. A visitor sends a request — nothing is booked or paid on the site. To publish a villa, they paste a link from Airbnb, Sunshine Samui Villas, Lazudi or MO Real Estate, check it, edit if needed, and save. The title, the text, the price, the amenities, the location and all the photos come through automatically.

What took an hour on Wix now takes five minutes: paste the link, check it, edit if needed, publish.
Wix and the Residenda plugin cost them €50 a month, with a limited number of villas. Today it is €20 a month for Supabase.
No more 50-villa cap. They can now import as many as they want, and they already have more than 300.
Visibility on Google has doubled.
